As soon as I recevied the billing notification via email I called customer support. Informed them that I did not want to use their service for a 2nd month and to refund the charges against my credit card. Customer support refused to do so stating that I should have informed them before the billing took place. They were not suppose to bill me in advance to begin with unless I expressly notify them that I wanted to continue to use their service by applying for further usage.
